Cherry Petersen Albert is pleased to announce that Hank Howard has joined our firm as an Associate in the Real Estate Section. Hank comes to us with extensive experience in both commercial and residential real estate, making him a valuable addition to our team.

Hank received his B.A. in History with a minor in Government from the University of Texas at Austin in 2017. He furthered his legal education at SMU’s Dedman School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2020. His academic background was enriched by participation in the Oxford Summer Program in 2018, where he explored international legal issues.

Prior to joining Cherry Petersen Albert, Hank worked in the commercial and residential title industries, providing him with a robust understanding of real estate transactions. His legal career began at a boutique real estate firm in Dallas, Texas, where he focused on representing landlords and tenants in commercial real estate leasing. His experience spans lease negotiations, property management, and tenant relations.
