Hank Howard

Hank Howard joined Cherry Petersen Albert LLC in 2024 as an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Section. He brings extensive experience in both commercial and residential real estate to the team.

Hank received his B.A. in History with a minor in Government from the University of Texas at Austin in 2017. He then earned his J.D. from SMU’s Dedman School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2020. During law school, he enhanced his legal education through the Oxford Summer Program in 2018, gaining a broader perspective on international legal issues.

Before joining Cherry Petersen Albert LLC, Hank worked in the commercial and residential title industries, providing him with a solid foundation in real estate transactions. He began his legal career at a boutique real estate firm in Dallas, Texas, where he focused on representing landlords and tenants in commercial real estate leasing. His experience includes lease negotiations, property management, and tenant relations.
