Drew Albert

Drew Albert represents buyers and sellers in connection with the acquisition and disposition of a variety of real property types, including multifamily, office, hospitality, industrial, raw land, and retail properties. He counsels landlords and tenants in commercial lease transactions, and has extensive experience working with lenders and borrowers in finance transactions secured by real property.

Before joining the firm, Drew worked for two international law firms, representing institutional clients in global real estate transactions.

In addition to his real estate practice, Drew assists clients in business entity formation. He also helps college athletes and their families navigate NIL contracts and compliance while guiding high school athletes and their families in preparing for future NIL opportunities.

A Dallas native, Drew is a 2009 graduate of Cistercian Preparatory School. He attended Wake Forest University, earning his B.S. in Finance in 2013, and The George Washington University Law School, earning his J.D. in 2018. Drew is a member of the St. Thomas More Society of the Diocese of Dallas, Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, Young Catholic Professionals and State Bar of Texas – Entertainment & Sports Law Section.
