Cale Cherry

Cale Cherry joined Cherry Petersen Albert in September 2024 as an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Section. In this role, he provides expert advice on a diverse array of real estate transactions, including the acquisition, financing, development, leasing, and disposition of commercial properties.

Before joining Cherry Petersen Albert, Cale gained valuable experience as an in-house attorney with a commercial real estate development firm in Dallas. Prior to that, he practiced transactional real estate at a Dallas-based firm, where he primarily represented landlords in retail leasing.

Cale earned his B.A. in Economics with a minor in Business Administration from Baylor University in 2019 and his J.D. from SMU’s Dedman School of Law in 2022.
